Axiom Core LLC provides digital marketing and lead generation services for home service businesses, including but not limited to pool builders and hardscaping contractors. Through our Services, individuals ("Users," "you") may submit contact and project information in order to be connected with a relevant contractor or service provider.

Axiom Core is a marketing and lead-routing service. We are not a contractor, and we do not perform, guarantee, warrant, or take responsibility for any construction, installation, or home improvement work. Any agreement to perform services is solely between you and the contractor you are connected with.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use our Services. By submitting information through our forms, you represent that the information provided is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized decision-maker for the property/project referenced.

When you submit information through our Instant Forms, landing pages, or scheduling tools, you authorize Axiom Core to:

• Share your submitted information with the relevant contractor(s) for the purpose of following up on your inquiry
• Contact you via phone, SMS, or email regarding your inquiry
• Use aggregated, non-identifying data to improve our Services and advertising

You agree not to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, or to submit another person's information without their consent.

Submitting an inquiry through our Services does not guarantee that you will be contacted, that a contractor will accept your project, that any project will be completed, or any particular pricing, timeline, or outcome. Axiom Core makes no representations or warranties regarding the quality, licensing, insurance, or workmanship of any contractor you are connected with. You are responsible for performing your own due diligence before entering into any agreement with a contractor.

All content on our website and landing pages, including text, graphics, logos, and creative assets, is the property of Axiom Core LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written consent.

Our Services may incorporate or link to third-party platforms (such as Meta/Facebook, Calendly, and Zapier) to facilitate form submissions, scheduling, and communication. We are not responsible for the practices, content, or availability of third-party platforms, which are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

By submitting your information, you consent to receive calls, texts, and emails from Axiom Core and/or the contractor your inquiry is routed to. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Axiom Core LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your interactions with any contractor, or any project undertaken as a result of a connection made through our Services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Services shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Axiom Core LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your interactions with any contractor connected through our Services.

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maryland.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
